Risk Analyses
Nordic Crisis Management AS offers the implementation of different types of risk analyses. The background for the choice of the type of analysis depends always on the client’s needs and wishes. The risk analyses vary therefore in scope and can be adjusted to small and large businesses, public and private.
RAV (Risk and Vulnerability) Analysis
The purpose of the RAV Analysis is to map out the reasons for accidents and prevent corresponding incidents from occurring in the future. Nordic Crisis Management AS can assist with the preparation of new, or the updating of an already existing RAV Analysis. By mapping the probability and consequences of unwanted incidents, e.g. power cuts, lack of personnel, and serious accidents, risk areas can be prioritized, and measures planned to prevent the former or reduce their consequences if they should occur.
Risk Dialogue
The purpose of the risk dialogue is to identify weak/vulnerable areas which could develop into serious incidents and crises. The vulnerabilities will be identified by interviews/conversations with employees in the relevant business. As an aid to this process we prepare questions which will be sent to the company interviewees before the risk dialogue takes place. With the aid of the questions we are primarily looking for the scenario in which there must be both some degree of probability and, concurrently, serious consequences.
Security Risk Analysis
Nordic Crisis Management offers a security risk analysis in accordance with NS 5832:2014, protection against intentional unwanted incidents. The purpose of a security risk analysis is to expose firstly the risk for intentional scenarios against businesses and then, subsequently, to reduce the risk and increase security by new risk-reducing measures.
