Crisis Management and Exercises
We are very experienced regarding the delivery of exercises, and plan and implement annually more than 100 larger and smaller exercises for our clients. Amongst these, the majority are full-scale exercises. We have built up a good dialogue with the Emergency Services in all (Norwegian) districts, and therefore can contribute strongly in providing a broad participation from external agencies if this is required.
Risk Analyses
— We offer different types of risk analyses. These use different methods which focus on different risk areas. Nordic Crisis Management AS can assist with the preparation or updating of risk analyses that exist already.
Exercises
— We have comprehensive experience with facilitating exercises. These vary in size and scope.
Business Continuity Plans
— The Business Continuity Plan describes the procedures that the business must follow when a critical situation has occurred. Normally these cover the most critical business functions in the business. The aim is to restrict financial loss and ensure the maintenance of necessary functions for operations and a swift normalization.
Emergency Response Plans
— The purpose of an Emergency Response Plan is to create a good working document which should lay the foundation for good crisis management when the unwanted incident occurs. An Emergency Response Plan should not only be a «what we do now plan», but also a tool to develop a proactive preparedness culture which leads to good interaction when the crisis exists.
